My GBP looks fine — why would I need work done on it?

Most operators say the same thing. Then we look and find category mismatches, service-area misconfigurations, missing service items, or addresses showing publicly when they shouldn't. The free report tells you whether your profile is actually optimized or just exists.

How long until I see ranking changes?

What's the difference between a regular GBP and a service-area business profile?

Service-area businesses serve customers at their locations rather than receiving customers at a storefront. The profile should not display a public address — instead it defines a service area. Most sanitation operators should be set up as service-area businesses. Many aren't, and that misconfiguration hurts rankings.

Can I manage my own GBP after you set it up?

Yes. The optimization work is done once, and you can run ongoing posting and review response in-house if you have the time. Most operators prefer to have us handle it because consistent activity is what GBP rewards, and consistency is what's hard to maintain without a dedicated process.

Do I need a separate GBP for each city I serve?
