MCY was founded by Whit York, who spent years inside the restroom and shower trailer industry at nearly every level of the business — repairing equipment, supporting disaster-response deployments, coordinating remote job-site logistics, and helping manage high-volume operations at major motorsports events, music festivals, corporate activations, and large temporary facility projects.

That field experience later expanded into business development, sales leadership, and consulting across adjacent site-service verticals, including roll-off dumpsters and portable toilets.

That matters because most marketing agencies serving sanitation and site service companies have never worked inside the business they are trying to market.

They have not deployed equipment when failure was not an option. Foundation first. Ads second. Always.

Most marketing agencies serving local service businesses lead with paid ads. It produces fast leads, generates a feeling of activity, and justifies a monthly retainer. But it also wastes operator money. Ads layered on a converting foundation are profitable. Ads layered on a weak foundation are expensive clicks that don't book.
